Grampians Community Health

Grampians Community Health provides the following free alcohol and other drugs services in the Grampians and Wimmera region:​

  • Alcohol and Other Drug Comprehensive Assessments & Counselling 

  • Youth, Alcohol & Other Drug Outreach (12-25)

  • Therapeutic Day Rehabilitation - Making a Change program.

  • Step Thru Care (integrated mental health and alcohol and other drugs program)

  • Drink and Drug Drive Behaviour Change Programs (fee for service)

  • Needle and Syringe Program
